Terms & Conditions

Please read carefully as when you make a reservation and pay a deposit, you are entering into a legally binding contract with Coach and Horses, Oxford. Rooms may be reserved online with a valid credit or debit card. Reservations can be made by payment of a deposit equal to 50% of the total booking amount which will be taken as a pre-payment of the final bill in accordance with the cancellation policy. Payment on departure can be made by cash, or credit/debit card. American Express cards are not accepted. Please note that we do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties. Unfortunately no pets are allowed.

Cancellations should be made by email or telephone at least 3 days before your expected date of arrival. In this case your deposit will be refunded in full. We will send you an email or text to confirm you cancellation. If you cancel later than 72 hours before midday of your expected day of arrival we will have to charge you 50% of the total booking amount - unless we manage to re-let the rooms in that time.
